衞生和設施方面，房間內空調很久沒開了，一開機有很大的異味，甚至能知道上一位住客不少抽煙。另外這地方估計客流不多，房間內的浴室沒有配備防滑墊，很容易滑倒，洗澡的地方也基本挨着馬桶很空間非常狹小，不方便。這就基本意味着洗完澡短時間內無法使用馬桶。不要求乾濕分離起碼馬桶和淋浴要分開，建議酒店慎重考慮，加強住客體驗感。
服務必須要稱讚，基本是有求必應，非常到位，前台的小姐姐也給予力所能及的幫助，這點服務商給滿分。
綜上所述，希望酒店重點關注空調清洗和淋浴設定問題

Feng Yu at the front desk was particularly enthusiastic and recommended food to us. This time I stayed at Hanting Hotel, the overall experience exceeded expectations! The hotel is conveniently located and convenient to travel. The layout is reasonable, the bedding is clean and comfortable, and the sleep is very solid. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, hot water is sufficient, Wi-Fi speed is stable, and it is completely enough for business trips or short trips. NNingningmasnowThe whole family is very satisfied with Yuanxiang Minsu Hotel! The decoration is a super-featured Northeast Kang, spacious, clean and sanitary, and the various layouts and stickers are very tasteful. It is warm, luxurious and not abrupt, a typical local tyrant landlord style. Although the large suite has only one bathroom, the two doors connected are quite convenient. From the beautiful lady at the front desk to the ladies in the restaurant, the service of the chef is very friendly and enthusiastic. The free rights and the iron pot set meal experience are also very good, the taste is good, there is no sales promotion, and there is no quality slacking because it is a gift. The iron pot set meal we chose is ribs, and there are so many pure meat chops that we can't finish it, and rice is also given. All kinds of rights are great, especially the snow circle is more fun than a certain one, and the hot springs are more than the indoor and outdoor pools of a certain one. After washing, the whole body is slippery, there are fewer people and the experience is good, and the service is better. It is not like a certain hot spring or water world. The toiletries are 10 yuan and the lockers are 30 yuan. It is full of routines, which reduces the experience. Now you are often asked for good reviews when staying in a hotel. Yuanxiang Minsu was not asked to give good reviews throughout the whole process. It is a conscientious recommendation!

CChaddyD41I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Park Hyatt Ski Resort in Changbaishan, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish.
Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the staff, who went above and beyond to ensure my check-in process was smooth and pleasant. Their friendliness and attentiveness made me feel right at home. Throughout my stay, the staff remained incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with any request, whether it was recommendations for local dining or arranging transportation.
The accommodations were nothing short of luxurious. My room was spacious, beautifully designed, and offered stunning views. The attention to detail in the decor and amenities truly reflects the high standards of the Park Hyatt brand.
The resort’s facilities were also impressive, with a fantastic outside hot spring in the snow that provided a perfect retreat after a long day on the slopes. The dining options were delightful, featuring a range of delicious cuisine that catered to all tastes. Each meal was a culinary delight, and the service was impeccable.
Another highlight was the ski access; the location is ideal for both beginners and experienced skiers. The staff at the ski resort provided excellent guidance and support, making it easy to enjoy the slopes.
Overall, my stay at the Park Hyatt Ski Resort in Changbaishan was nothing short of magical. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable getaway in the mountains. I can’t wait to return!

AAnonymous UserHotel is located directly in the Wanda international ski resort, near the smaller ski service center. There is also a shuttle bus every half an hour to the big skiing center, which is convenient for everyone who would like to start their skiing experience there.
However, we were a bit disappointed that the hotel staff members didn’t speak English, or just very little and therefore every issue or request was handled using the translation machine (and the translation wasn’t very accurate). Even though the staff was trying to be helpful, translating every single sentence was frustrating and tiring to say the least and both the staff and even us have gotten annoyed with the rather lengthy process.
Accommodation charges included also 3 skiing tickets (equipment included). Although it might be a big plus for a family with 1 child, for us it wasn’t that much of an advantage. We wanted to buy the same rights and benefits for our second child, but it wasn’t possible, so every day we needed to start with buying a skiing ticket for one child and renting an equipment, as it wasn’t possible to buy the ticket and renting the equipment for the whole week.
The hotel breakfast was very tasty with variety of choices. Mostly Chinese options with fewer western style food, but this wasn’t problem for us, as we like Chinese options more.
We were also satisfied with cleanliness and hotel amenities, a little convenience store directly in the lobby was also nice to have.

QQiguaiqiguaizhenqiguaiFacilities: A trip to Changbai Mountain is primarily for Tianchi Lake, and whether you get to see it often comes down to luck. The great thing about Jin Hua is its excellent facilities, including a swimming pool, arcade games, and a mahjong room. This means even on a rainy day, you won't be bored or stuck with nothing to do.
Cleanliness: The cleanliness was up to par.
Environment: The hotel is located right next to the ski resort, which in summer transforms into lush green meadows. It's essentially the closest hotel to all the recreational facilities within the park.
Service: Excellent. Our dedicated service staff, Jason Sui, proactively contacted us via phone and WeChat even before our arrival. She promptly responded to all our inquiries regarding park services and updates on Tianchi Lake's opening status. Thanks to her helpful updates and good wishes, we managed to witness the stunning Tianchi Lake, even after it had been closed for three consecutive days.

TTop IssarapongWe had a wonderful stay here with warm hospitality in the middle of cold winter. The place gives a local vibes which using wood-fired heating that provides heated bed & bathroom as well as good smells.
Don’t miss a dinner with wood-fired iron pot stew. Meat really tendered and smells good.
Kids really enjoyed as they can play snow right at the door, plus ice fishing in the tent where we catch 10 rainbow trouts in half an hour then the host cook it right away for a real fresh grilled fish, amazing!
Only regret is that we should have stayed longer than 1 night here, highly recommend!!

Dinner and breakfast buffets were awesome. Chefs were making freshly cooked noodles and pasta of your choices. Lots of variety. We love it!

AAnonymous UserBringing my child to the Swiss Hotel during the summer vacation was an incredibly smart decision. Right after checking in, we connected with our butler, Andy, on WeChat, and he was always quick to answer any questions. Our building was perfectly situated near the commercial street, making getting around super convenient, with a 24-hour supermarket just outside our door. The hotel offered so many complimentary activities we couldn't try them all! The UTV off-roading and the suspension bridge were definitely the highlights. With several kids' playgrounds, my child enthusiastically declared it the best hotel she's ever stayed at. Plenty of hotel shuttle buses meant we never had to wait long. Evenings featured spectacular molten iron shows and bonfire parties – now *that's* truly the way to kick off a vacation! The summer evening temperatures in Changbai Mountain were perfectly comfortable; I was initially worried about it being cold, but that wasn't an issue at all. A huge thank you again to Andy for his excellent service! 👍

GGuest UserOverall, it was pretty good. There was a good range of activities, and we saw quite a few small animals in the mountain area. The two-bedroom unit was ideal for our family. Breakfast was also good. My only minor quibbles would be that some of the furniture felt a bit dated. It would have been even better if the TV was a smart TV (like Xiaomi) with access to TV series, and a night light was missing. Otherwise, no major complaints. Although the complimentary perks largely covered what was offered, my 65-year-old parents, despite being quite active, found many activities unsuitable and might have gotten a little bored.
